Academic Achievements:
I have completed a National Social Science Fund project and have led, or am currently leading, several provincial-level research initiatives. These include key and general projects under the Provincial Education Science Planning framework, as well as commissioned projects from various provincial departments. I have published over 30 academic papers and authored one book. My research outcomes have been adopted and utilized by several governmental bodies, including the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Jiangxi Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, and the Jiangxi Provincial Government Offices Administration Bureau.
