Obtained the PhD degree from the School of Public Affairs / Institute of Public Policy, Xiamen University in 2022. Currently serving as Vice Director of the Party Committee Office and President’s Office, Nanchang University (Young Talent Cultivation Cadre) (Apr. 2024 – Present), and Secretary of the Second Postgraduate Party Branch, School of Public Policy and Management (Sep. 2025 – Present).
Also holding concurrent roles as Council Member of the Jiangxi Provincial Public Administration Society, Council Member of the Jiangxi Provincial Social Stability Risk Assessment and Governance Research Society, and Council Member of the Jiangxi Provincial Tourism Society.Serving as an anonymous reviewer for journals such as PLOS ONE (SSCI, Q2).
Having presided over or participated in more than 10 research projects, such as the National Social Science Fund Projects, Key Projects of the Jiangxi Social Science Fund, Key Research Base Projects of Humanities and Social Sciences in Jiangxi Colleges and Universities, and Jiangxi Educational Science Planning Projects. Having published nearly 20 academic papers in CSSCI/SSCI indexed journals and authoritative publications including Administrative Tribune, Social Sciences in Beijing, Guangming Daily and Journal of Tianjin Administration Institute, among which one paper was fully reproduced in the Renmin University of China Copy Materials.Many think tank research reports have received positive instructions and comments from provincial and ministerial level leaders.
Awarded the Second Prize for Teaching Achievements at Nanchang University.Guided students to win more than 10 national awards (First, Second and Third Prizes) in the Category A and B Discipline Competitions sponsored by the Ministry of Education. Also been awarded a number of honors by Nanchang University, including "Excellent Instructor for Undergraduate Theses", "Excellent Class Tutor" and "Advanced Individual in the Inspection and Rectification Work".
