Professor & Doctoral Supervisor.She concurrently serves as Expert of the E-Commerce Expert Committee at the Department of Commerce of Jiangxi Province, Expert of the Library and Information Science Expert Committee under the Department of Culture and Tourism of Jiangxi Province, Standing Director of the National E-Commerce Digital Education Alliance, Director of Jiangxi Systems Engineering Society, and Chair of the Expert Committee of Jiangxi E-Commerce Association.

Her research focuses on Information Resource Management and Crisis Management.Over the past five years, she has led and participated in 5 national-level research projects, published more than 30 academic papers and 3 monographs.

She has been awarded numerous honors, including the First Prize for Higher Education Teaching Achievements of Jiangxi Province, the First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Jiangxi Province, the Award for Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences of Jiangxi Higher Education Institutions, the Award for Outstanding Social Science Achievements of Nanchang City, and the ZTE Development Faculty Award.
