Professor and Master’s Supervisor. Her research focuses on Information Users and Behavior, Digital Governance, and Library Services. In recent years, she has led and participated in over 10 national and provincial research projects, published more than 40 academic papers, 3 academic monographs, and compiled 2 textbooks. She teaches courses including Information Resources Management and Information Users and Behavior Analysis to undergraduate and graduate students.
