Lan Luo, Professor at the School of Public Policy and Management of Nanchang University, Doctoral Supervisor, Head of the Master of Engineering (MEM) program, Selected as an Elite Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent under the Jiangxi Province Dual Thousand Project, Highly Cited Scholar on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), National Natural Science Foundation Reviewer, and China Scholarship Council Reviewer. Jointly cultivated a doctoral degree at Tongji University and North Carolina State University in the United States, postdoctoral fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, visiting scholar at Milan Polytechnic University in Italy, and a domestic visiting scholar for young key teachers of central and western higher education institutions at Southeast University. Has been engaged in teaching, research, and consulting practice related to megaproject complexity and governance for a long time.
